What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitation methodology that helps teams and individuals think, communicate and make decisions through a structured process of working with models. It is about leading a process in which all participants actively contribute — regardless of their role.
This training is not theoretical. After completing the programme:

You can design and lead professional LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops.

You fully understand the structure and logic of the methodology.

You develop key facilitation skills for working with teams.

Is this the only LSP certification in Croatia?
Yes. Astyre by JBN is the only organisation in Croatia offering official LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certification to Inthrface standards. Josipa Borić-Novosel is the only Croatian training partner of Inthrface.
Who is the certification for?
Facilitators, HR professionals, coaches, trainers, consultants, team leaders and anyone who wants to add a powerful tool to their toolbox. No prior LSP experience required.
What do I get upon completion?
An official Inthrface certificate that legitimises you as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. The certificate is internationally recognised and can be used in your professional profile.
How long is the training?
2 days (16 hours) of structured training including theoretical foundations, hands-on group work, facilitation methodology and work with official LEGO® materials.
Is training in Croatian?
Yes, all training in Croatia and Bosnia is delivered in Croatian. Training in Serbia is delivered in Serbian.
What is the development path after Foundational certification?
After Foundational certification you can independently lead workshops. Further development continues through advanced training in Denmark (Inthrface), specialisations such as Real Time Change® and Real Time Creativity®, and access to a global network of facilitators.
